3rd question

Dear Customer Service Department,

Invertercentral had time enough to answer my questions or deliver the item. Not enough that Invertercentral gives false statement on the parts availability, Invertercentral is obviously not able to answer at any question in order to fulfill their duties. "due to ship out to you soon" is not an appropriate answer!

According to: "If we cannot get you a properly working part in similar time frame as the original order, we guarantee a full refund including shipping." I withdraw from ordering the display from Invertercentral, because Invertercentral cannot deliver the part in the similar time frame as the first shipment.

I instruct Invertercentral to refund the following amount
