2nd question

Dear Customer Service Department,

1st - Answer the questions of my mail.
2nd - The part is still in production, I got this confirmed by TMD and Lenovo! Even if it wouldn't be no longer in production or you are "just" waiting for it - send me the delivery date.
3rd - If you can't/ won't answer these questions for any reasons - there is no reason for me to stay in contract any longer. In this case - refund me my money immediately.
