current status
I am still waiting on the refund. I checked that they never transferred money onto my account. I also asked them via online form and by telephone about the status for a refund. They never called back, nor sent me another mail. Invertercentral has deleted my order status account.

Are you kidding? Today I went to German Customs for the USPS-Item. There they opened the package and I found the same display as the one you sent me already. The attached picture was taken at Customs today. So what's wrong with you? Do you wanna play games?
I declined acceptance, the package will be returned to you by the Customs. I expect you to refund me the money as described before. You are not able to provide the right panel, even less in time.

Invertercentral had time enough to answer my questions or deliver the item. Not enough that Invertercentral gives false statement on the parts availability, Invertercentral is obviously not able to answer at any question in order to fulfill their duties. "due to ship out to you soon" is not an appropriate answer!
According to: "If we cannot get you a properly working part in similar time frame as the original order, we guarantee a full refund including shipping." I withdraw from ordering the display from Invertercentral, because Invertercentral cannot deliver the part in the similar time frame as the first shipment.

2nd - The part is still in production, I got this confirmed by TMD and Lenovo! Even if it wouldn't be no longer in production or you are "just" waiting for it - send me the delivery date.
3rd - If you can't/ won't answer these questions for any reasons - there is no reason for me to stay in contract any longer. In this case - refund me my money immediately.

On 7/26/2008 9:40:31 AM I ordered the LTD141EN9B LCD panel for replacement in my Lenovo T61. Invertercentral shipped my a totally incompatible panel (description inside returned package). This I sent back complying Invertercentral´s RMA procedures. Afterwards I called in to gather information about the status of the cross shipped LCD panel. I was never announced the date, the item has left Invertercentral. The original ordered LCD panel is still at sale at Invertercentral (2-5 day shipping).
My questions are:
~ Why wasn't the right panel shipped as cross shipping?
~ Is Invertercentral able to ship the ordered panel?
~ When will the panel be shipped?
My suggestions:
